In compliance with Egyptian regulations, we require that couples seeking to rent our apartments adhere to specific guidelines:
1. **Mixed Nationality Couples**: If one partner is Egyptian, an orfi contract is necessary to proceed with the rental. This contract helps ensure that the relationship is recognized within the local legal framework.
2. **Foreign Couples**: If both partners are foreigners, an orfi contract is not required. However, we must adhere strictly to the local rules and cultural expectations in all rental agreements.
3. **No Exceptions**: Without an orfi contract for mixed nationality couples or proof of marriage for this foreign couples, we cannot host them in our apartments.
